Functional and technical testing

Including:

• Usability and User acceptance testing, including regression testing
• Accessibility testing - making sure that your products and services are accessible to everybody
• Interoperability testing - testing your content with an LMS, VLE, or other system integration testing that tests your user's journey

Our Testing Manager will be your single point of contact, ensuring streamlined and effective communication. They will agree the brief and systems to be included in the test, based on the format of the product to be tested and your market requirements. We can ensure that your online products, VLE packages, CD or DVD-ROMs, and Apps work as you intended.

We will prepare a test script for your approval if required. A dedicated testing team will perform your testing, in isolation of Haremi's other operations, on our dedicated test equipment. This includes checking for issues with installation, uninstallation, networking, navigation, scoring, printing and more. All testers use an issue tracking and reporting system and our Testing Manager will submit a Summary Test Report at the end of every test or testing cycle.

Content and editorial testing

Our content testing team, with a wealth of editorial expertise, is managed by our Content Testing Manager, who is an expert in developing e-learning and blended content. We'll check your content for accuracy, spelling, grammar and layout, and report issues using your preferred reporting mechanism.

Testing environments

Haremi can conduct testing on any PC or Mac platform, a variety of old and new hardware configurations, browsers, third-party software applications and plug-ins. Linux testing can be provided and foreign language support testing can be included to ensure you can reach your target markets effectively. Haremi can also test your Apps on mobile devices such as an iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Our testing is always carried out on secure and clean testing environments.
