Folens UK – E-commerce website project management

The publisher wanted to upgrade their existing e-commerce website, so we suggested a requirements gathering process to provide the detail required to create a functional specification.

We project-managed the build, liaising with the publisher and the developer, ensuring that the website mirrored the specification and was appropriate for the customer and market. We chose a developer who could demonstrate the broadest experience of the educational sector and would therefore understand the complex site structure and transaction processes. The site was delivered fully tested and below budget!
